Hoy desperte super feliz de la vida esperando a que llegase la noche. Encendi mi computadora, revise mis tweets, mis correos, mis comments y demas. Todo hiba demasiado bien, y no fue hasta las 10:09 AM, cuando veo salir un tweet oficial de Depeche Mode el cual daba un breve resumen anunciando lo que muchos no esperabamos/no queriamos, y anexaban el link hacia la pagina donde decia lo siguiente:
Por si muchos no lo saben: "Yo" soy fan de Depeche Mode, y este evento era lo que esperaba dentro de este año.
Pero bueno, como dicen: "Ya ni llorar es bueno" y "Por algo suceden las cosas".
Esperemos que "The Curse Of The Universe" no sea tan tan malo como lo ha sido ultimamente y pues que habran otra fecha (aunque como la veo seria hasta el siguiente año 2010 =/).

DEPECHE MODE FORCED TO CANCEL APPEARANCE AT CRICKET WIRELESS AMPHITHEATER TONIGHT DUE TO DOCTOR'S ORDERS FOR CONTINUED VOCAL REST
Depeche Mode has been forced to cancel their appearance tonight, Friday, August 14th at Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in San Diego due to doctor's orders that lead singer Dave Gahan continue on complete vocal rest. Because of their busy schedule, a new San Diego date will not be rescheduled this year.
"We are incredibly disappointed to not be able to perform for our fans tonight in San Diego," said Dave Gahan. "We hope to be back soon to play for all our fans in the area."
Refunds will be issued at the point of purchase.
The tour will resume on Sunday with the band's sold out two night stand at the Hollywood Bowl.
